Candidate Performance Report (CPR)

A detailed report given to unsuccessful NCLEX candidates

Definition

Components

  • Overall performance summary
  • Category-by-category breakdown
  • Number of items attempted

Using the CPR

Identify weak categories (Below Passing) for focused remediation. Target 'Near Passing' categories next. Maintain strengths in 'Above Passing' areas. Retest typically 45 days after first attempt.
