These terms govern your use of Nursing Pass, including the early-access program. By using the site or signing up for the cohort, you agree to them.

Early-access program

Our early-access program lets you reserve a spot in the upcoming cohort before public launch. When you complete checkout:

• No charge is placed on your card. Your payment details are collected to reserve your founding-member 50% discount; billing only occurs when the cohort opens and you accept the final activation email.
• You receive login credentials within approximately 5 days of signup.
• You can cancel your reservation at any time before activation by emailing us — no card will ever be charged.

Pass-or-extend

If you complete the 3-month plan’s full recommended study path and don’t pass the NCLEX on your attempt during that window, we extend your access by 30 days at no additional cost. This is our commitment to your outcome — not a money-back guarantee. We don’t advertise specific pass rates; your results depend on your effort and prep.

Acceptable use

• Don’t share your account credentials. Each seat is for a single student.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute content.
• Don’t use the service to harass others or violate applicable laws.
