This policy explains what information Nursing Pass (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits our website or signs up for our early-access cohort.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and optional first name, when you sign up for early access.
- Billing information — card details you enter during checkout are never stored on our servers. They remain in your browser only. No charge is processed until the product is delivered.
- Usage analytics — we use PostHog to understand how visitors move through our site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, time spent). This helps us improve the product.
- Attribution data — UTM parameters from the link you arrive on, so we can understand which channels work.
How we use your information
- To contact you when your cohort seat is activated.
- To personalize your onboarding study plan based on answers you voluntarily provide.
- To improve the product, our marketing, and our messaging.
How we share it
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the product — currently PostHog (analytics), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from any email with the link in the footer.
- You can request deletion of your information any time by emailing [email protected].
- You can block analytics cookies with your browser or extensions — the site will still work.
